Welcome to Pretty Peace Mobile Spa! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile spa and beauty services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1.1 Agreement to Terms
- By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
- You also agree to our Privacy Policy
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pretty Peace Mobile Spa
- If you do not agree, do not book or use our services
1.2 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to book our services
- Minors (under 18) may receive services only with parental/guardian consent and presence during the appointment
- Parental consent must be provided in writing prior to the appointment
2. Service Description
2.1 Services Offered
Pretty Peace Mobile Spa provides the following mobile beauty and wellness services at your chosen location:
- Massage Therapy: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Couples, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Sports, and specialized massages
- Nail Care: Manicures and Pedicures
- Waxing Services: Full body waxing (available as add-ons only)
- Facials: Classic, Deep Cleanse, and Express facials
- Body Scrubs: Exfoliation and body treatments
- Spa Packages: Combination treatments
- Add-ons: Lash lifts, tints, enhancements, and extras
2.2 Mobile Service Delivery
- All services are performed at your specified location (home, hotel, Airbnb, office, etc.)
- Our therapists bring all necessary equipment, including portable massage tables, linens, products, and tools
- Services are available within Cape Town and surrounding areas (service area availability confirmed upon booking)
2.3 Service Limitations
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals (pregnancy, medical conditions, allergies)
- Therapists reserve the right to refuse service if safety or health concerns arise
- Waxing services are available as add-ons only and cannot be booked standalone
3. Booking Process
3.1 How to Book
- Complete the booking form on our website (prettypeacespa.co.za)
- Click "Book via WhatsApp" to confirm your appointment
- Provide: Full name, contact details, service address, preferred date/time, service selection, and any special requests
- Our team will confirm availability within 24 hours (usually within a few hours)
3.2 Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email
- Confirmation includes: Service details, therapist assignment, date/time, total cost, and payment instructions
- No booking is final until you receive official confirmation from Pretty Peace Mobile Spa
3.3 Availability
- Operating Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-9pm), Saturday (10am-8pm), Sunday (11am-6pm)
- Same-day bookings subject to availability
- We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for best availability
- Peak times (weekends, evenings) may have limited slots
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Service Pricing
All prices are displayed on our website and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include therapist service, equipment, and products. Prices are subject to change without notice (current pricing applies at time of booking).
4.2 Additional Costs
- Travel Fee: May apply for locations outside our standard service area (confirmed before booking)
- Parking Fees: Any parking costs incurred by therapist at your location will be added to the total
- Complex Access: Additional charges may apply for difficult access (estates with long walks, stairs without elevators, etc.)
4.3 Payment Methods
- Cash (paid to therapist after service)
- EFT/Bank Transfer (pay before or after service)
- Card payment (via secure payment link)
- SnapScan/Zapper (instant payment)
4.4 Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately after service completion
- For corporate/group bookings, payment may be required in advance
- Late payments may result in suspension of future booking privileges
- A valid payment method must be confirmed at time of booking
4.5 Tips & Gratuity
Tips are appreciated but not included in service pricing. Gratuity is at your discretion and can be given directly to the therapist.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

5.2 How to Cancel

- Provide your booking reference and name
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email)
- Phone call cancellations must be followed up with written confirmation
5.3 Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling if done more than 24 hours in advance
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee (50% of service cost)
- Subject to availability - we'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time
5.4 Cancellation by Pretty Peace Mobile Spa
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to: Therapist illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or force majeure events
- You will receive full refund if we cancel
- We will offer alternative dates/times or a different therapist when possible
- We are not liable for any consequential losses if we need to cancel
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Eligible Refunds
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance (100% refund)
- Service not provided due to our cancellation (100% refund)
- Significant service quality issues (case-by-case basis, partial or full refund)
6.2 Non-Refundable Situations
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
- No-shows
- Client dissatisfaction not related to service quality (personal preference, changed mind)
- Services already rendered
6.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds issued via original payment method
- For cash payments, refunds issued via EFT
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Preparation Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for the therapist to work
- Ensuring adequate space for massage table setup (approximately 2m x 2m)
- Providing access to a power outlet (if required for certain treatments)
- Ensuring pets are secured/separated during the appointment
- Being present and ready at the scheduled time
- Providing accurate address and access instructions (gate codes, parking info, etc.)
7.2 Health Disclosure
- You must disclose any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your appointment
- Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in service refusal or injury
- We are not liable for reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions
- Certain conditions may require a doctor's clearance before treatment
7.3 Conduct
- Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times
- Inappropriate conduct toward therapists will result in immediate service termination without refund
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs may result in service refusal
8. Safety & Hygiene
8.1 Our Hygiene Standards
- All therapists follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Fresh linens provided for each client
- Equipment sanitized between appointments
- Therapists use hand sanitizer and wear masks when appropriate
- Disposable items used where applicable (waxing strips, nail files, etc.)
8.2 COVID-19 & Illness Policy
- If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please reschedule (no cancellation fee)
- Therapists will not provide service if they observe symptoms of illness
- We reserve the right to implement additional safety measures as needed
8.3 Allergies & Sensitivities
- Inform us of any allergies to oils, lotions, or products
- We use hypoallergenic products when possible
- Patch tests available upon request for new products
9. Liability & Insurance
9.1 Our Liability
- Pretty Peace Mobile Spa carries professional liability insurance
- All therapists are trained, licensed, and insured
- We take reasonable care to ensure safe service delivery
9.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: Pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health issues, injuries resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, allergic reactions to products (when allergies not disclosed), or property damage at your location (unless caused by our negligence). Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
9.3 Client Liability
You are responsible for: Ensuring a safe working environment for our therapists, any injuries to therapists caused by unsafe conditions at your location, and damage to our equipment caused by you or your household members/pets.
9.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pretty Peace Mobile Spa against claims arising from: Your failure to disclose health conditions, your breach of these terms, or unsafe conditions at your location.
10. Complaints & Disputes
10.1 Service Quality Concerns

- Provide: Booking reference, service date, specific concerns
- We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
- Resolutions may include: Complimentary repeat service, partial refund, or full refund (case-by-case basis)
10.2 Dispute Resolution
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation before legal action
- South African law governs these Terms & Conditions

11. Intellectual Property

All content on prettypeacespa.co.za (text, images, logo, design) is owned by Pretty Peace Mobile Spa. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
11.2 Reviews & Testimonials
By providing a review or testimonial, you grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes. We may edit for length or clarity but will not alter the meaning. You may request removal of your testimonial at any time.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is never sold to third parties. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control: Natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, power outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically
- Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
- Significant changes will be communicated via email to active customers
- Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance
- It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pretty Peace Mobile Spa. No verbal agreements or promises override these written terms.
